You can read more about the goals of the site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.froginawell.net\/korea\/2004\/08\/welcome-messsage\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to start it out with a series of postings this week on early Western perceptions of Koreans in the late 19th century and colonial period.
