I did drop by this morning, however, and was able to catch sight of the massive plastic redecorating of the building:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.froginawell.net\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/dscf1624.jpg\" onclick=\"window.open('http:\/\/www.froginawell.net\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/dscf1624.jpg','popup','width=850,height=637,scrollbars=no,resizable=yes,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=yes,left=0,top=0');return false\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.froginawell.net\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/dscf1624-tm.jpg\" height=\"100\" width=\"133\" border=\"1\" align=\"middle\" hspace=\"4\" vspace=\"4\" alt=\"Seoul City Hall August 15 2007\" title=\"Seoul City Hall August 15 2007\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We were also in time to watch what I think has to be the absolute worst martial art performance I have ever seen just outside the entrance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.froginawell.net\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/dscf1627.jpg\" onclick=\"window.open('http:\/\/www.froginawell.net\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/dscf1627.jpg','popup','width=850,height=637,scrollbars=no,resizable=yes,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=yes,left=0,top=0');return false\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.froginawell.net\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/dscf1627-tm.jpg\" height=\"100\" width=\"133\" border=\"1\" align=\"middle\" hspace=\"4\" vspace=\"4\" alt=\"DSCF1627.JPG\" title=\"DSCF1627.JPG\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We also witnessed the departure of a large group of \uad6d\ubbfc\ub300\ud559\uad50 students leave on some kind of patriotic hike, complete with flags attached.
