Only tables and directory-like lists are transcribed; the running text, photographs, maps, bibliographies and index are not. The pages with tables were found from contact sheets and only those pages were read. Most tables have no printed title, so their titles are given in [brackets]. Where a digit could only be 3 or 8 and a printed total reconciles with exactly one reading, that reading is used and noted. Printed totals that do not add up are kept as printed and noted.
