The dated narrative of the "Progress of the War" chapter (pp. 315-347) was transcribed separately and is not included; the statistical tables printed in that chapter (spoils, prisoners, warships lost) are. Advertisements, the contents and the Index were skipped, as were law and treaty texts. The Import Tariff List in the Appendix is given one table per page.
