Each page was read once by a Claude Haiku 5.5 agent (the text sections and the first statistical tables) or a Claude Sonnet 5.5 agent (the dense statistical tables), from full-resolution crops, with sideways pages turned upright; pages the first Haiku reader marked hard were read again from scratch by a Sonnet 5.5 agent, whose reading replaces the first. Nothing was checked by eye. Unreadable figures are marked [?]; totals that do not add up are kept as printed. Many statistical tables are printed across two facing pages and are given as two tables (left and right halves). Only tables are transcribed; the running text is not. The Google scan is defective in Part III: it repeats several runs of pages (read once here) and lacks printed pp. 140, 143, 146–147, 151, 154–155, 250–255, 272–277 and 316–317, so Tables 9, 46, 47, 53 and 54 are missing and Tables 3–6, 8, 55 and 69 are incomplete.
