Each page was read once by a Claude Haiku 5.5 agent (the text sections) or a Claude Sonnet 5.5 agent (the statistical tables), from full-resolution crops, with sideways pages turned upright; pages the first Haiku reader marked hard were read again from scratch by a Sonnet 5.5 agent, whose reading replaces the first. Nothing was checked by eye. Unreadable figures are marked [?]; totals that do not add up are kept as printed. Many statistical tables are printed across two facing pages and are given as two tables (left and right halves). Only tables are transcribed; the running text is not. The Google scan repeats several runs of pages (read once here) and lacks printed pp. 140–141 and 188–193, so Table 3 is missing and Tables 27–31 (ordinary middle schools) are incomplete.
