Each page was read once by a Claude Haiku 5.5 agent (the text sections) or a Claude Sonnet 5.5 agent (the statistical tables), from full-resolution crops, with sideways pages turned upright; pages the first Haiku reader marked hard were read again from scratch by a Sonnet 5.5 agent, whose reading replaces the first. Nothing was checked by eye. Unreadable figures are marked [?]; totals that do not add up are kept as printed. Many statistical tables are printed across two facing pages and are given as two tables (left and right halves). Only tables are transcribed; the running text is not. The Google scan is defective: it repeats several runs of pages (read once here, using the clearer copy), two re-photographed pages are ruined, and it lacks printed pp. 112–113, 178–181 and everything after p. 208 (the end of Table 35 onward). The page of the printed contents listing Tables 17 onward is also missing, so those tables have no contents entries.
