Each page was read once by a Claude Haiku 5.5 agent (the text sections) or a Claude Sonnet 5.5 agent (the statistical tables), from full-resolution crops, with sideways pages turned upright; pages the first Haiku reader marked hard were read again from scratch by a Sonnet 5.5 agent, whose reading replaces the first. Nothing was checked by eye. Unreadable figures are marked [?]; totals that do not add up are kept as printed. Many statistical tables are printed across two facing pages and are given as two tables (left and right halves). Only tables are transcribed; the running text is not. The Google scan repeats printed pp. 64–65 in place of pp. 72–73, which are missing; the last property tables (Tables 34–35) are badly degraded and largely unreadable.
