All statistical tables and columnar lists, the Who's Who, the business directory, the list of foreign firms, the diplomatic and consular lists and the dated chronologies are transcribed; the running text, photographs, maps, advertisements and charts without printed figures are not. Pages with tables were found from contact sheets. Sonnet 5.5 agents read most pages and Opus 5.5 agents the large trade returns and spreads; every printed total was re-added, and totals that did not reconcile were re-read on zoomed crops by Opus 5.5 — where the print itself does not add up, the figures are kept as printed and noted.
