Only tables are transcribed; the preface, contents, map and the bar charts (which print no figures) are not. The print is faint and broken in places: figures that could not be read with certainty are marked [?], and every such cell was read a second time at high zoom. Where a digit could only be 3 or 8 and a printed total reconciles with exactly one reading, that reading is used and noted. Printed totals that do not add up are kept as printed and noted. Wide tables printed across two facing pages are joined into one table.
