Below are a list of just some of the identified authors (excluding the plates) listed in the Chinese Literature journal with the Hanyu Pinyin version of their names. If an author you are looking for is not listed in the first table you may find it in the table with the remaining authors published in the journal below it, but keep in mind that the author listings in the journal do not fully follow the Wade-Giles system and most names are missing any apostrophes needed. This introduces significant ambiguity in identifying names. More names may get added to the first table over time, but I have tried to limit entries on to the table to high confidence matches. Note that some authors (e.g. Ba Jin and Lu Xun) are listed twice since they appear in the journal both before and after it switched to pinyin romanization in 1979.
