D'ordre de mon Gouvernement j'ai l'honneur de porter à votre connaissance que par suite de la situation nouvellement créée entre le Japon et la Société des Nations par le rapport, adopté par le Conseil pe [sic] la Société le 30 septembre et qui conclue que les dispositions de l'article 16 du Pacte sont applicables au Japon en vertu de l'article 17 alinéa 3, le Gouvernement Impérial a décidé de cesser la coopération qu'il avait jusqu'ici poursuivie, après son retrait de la Société, avec les organes de celle-ci.

Only texts printed in full in the journals are included; commentary, summaries and articles about them are not.
